Full Job Description
- Education and Qualifications: Must have completed at least Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Must have 2-3 years of experience in FMCG / Retail/Other service industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must have strong command of both English and Nepali (verbal and written).
- Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in dynamic and changing environments
- Should have ability to lead, motivate/mentor, communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive way
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Comprehensive understanding of departmental processes and operational workflows
- Knowledge of retail management principles and best practices
- Flexible with working hours and willing to travel as required
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle
Job Specification
- To assist in establishment and ensure compliance of store’s short-term and long-term goals with overall company’s objectives
- To follow and enforce store policies and procedures as well as company policies. Be proactive to any other duties assigned by management
- To deliver and excel the benchmark customer service standards
- To handle customer complaints and feedback at the spot
- To conduct periodic inventory control and security checks
- To oversee inventory management, ensuring that outlet is sufficiently equipped with all necessary inventories for daily operational needs
- To ensure that visual display and merchandising standards are met
- Responsible for managing all employees, including but not limited to proper roistering, attendance, coaching/counselling, discipline, grievance handling, terminations and evaluations and maintaining positive employee morale
- Ensure accuracy in all recording & reporting; Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and other periodic reports as assigned
